The New Year marks another wave of activity for elements as well, which is the marked increase in prospective franchisees seeking a quality business to build and own. More and more well-educated families are realizing that business ownership, especially aligning with a proven business model in a fast-growing industry, is a great way to build a future.
I was having lunch this week with the CEO of a major fast food franchise, and the VP of one of the largest car repair brands. Although both were legends in the franchising industry, it was extremely complimentary to hear how well regarded elements had become, in their opinion. In fact, the wife of one of my collegues had even suggested his wife as a candidate to own an elements club.
We are getting ready to make a major development announcement in the upcoming week regarding the brand, as well as announcing new locations in Atlanta and Chicago which will begin pre-selling memberships, to capitalize on the New Year’s season.
