The mission of the elements? brand is to promote a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle: body, beauty, and mind. From our boutique style elements fitness clubs to our online magazine, elements living, consumers can find innovative classes, highly trained instructors, acclaimed experts, and entertaining information to help them reach their personal lifestyle goals.  elements? is one of the very few lifestyle brands to offer both a physical health club network, and an online lifestyle brand as well… translating to a more complete experience for our members and consumers. In the fitness industry, often members find themselves too busy  to maintain a regular workout routine at certain points of the year. Our online portals are designed to allow members to continue to achieve their healthy lifestyle goals, on their own schedule and place. We have found that these programs translate to a obviously higher member satisfaction and retention rate.

In my opinion, one facet which makes elements a truly unique brand is the personality of our All-Star Fitness Advisory Board, comprised of acclaimed leaders and experts in various wellness fields – from longevity to dance, our growing panel is a collection of top names in their fields. We are soon preparing to announce our newest addition to this expert panel, Michelle Khai… our Flexibility and Motion Expert. It is common the fitness industry for master trainers to have specialties, but very rarely  do we encounter someone with the depth of knowledge and versatility of Michelle – from training ballerinas and dancers at the NYC and Miami City Ballet to Olympic Athletes, Michelle is certainly a master at strength and balance. Her pioneering work with Kettle Bells, has transformed this once-powerlifting concept into one of today’s hottest workouts by the celebrity elite… she is frequently featured on TV and major magazines as the workout trend continues to explode.   Very often in our industry, women are shy to weight train for fear of becoming "bulky," Michelle is a perfect example of the poise, grace, and balance that comes as a result of incorporating resistance training into your lifestyle.
