(meaning tier 1 and 2 cities) We place great emphasis on our relationships with current and future landlords, and have several members of our corporate team who solely focus on real estate and club design. elements? has developed a detailed kit specifically for landlords which greatly helps our club owners and brokers during site selection and lease negotiations.
Some people say that luck in business is simply when preparation meets opportunity. I do believe this, and believe that much of the intense development legwork our team has invested over the years is paying off with some potential landmark locations around the world. Several of the newest locations we are considering are at top international addresses – the elements brand truly has the cache to pull off… with great success.
We began discussions today with top members of the MGM/Mirage real estate team, to discuss a potential 10,000 square foot location inside the ultra-lux City Center, the new upscale heart of the Las Vegas strip. City Center is one of those few retail projects which represent a collection of the top retailers in the world – even being considered is quite an honor. We spent much of Friday afternoon getting a better understanding of the project scope, potential interior locations inside the massive project, which includes 5 hotels and over 18,000 rooms and residential units. Part of our brand growth objective is to develop 5 top world flagship stores, to help define elements as the market leader… City Center certainly fits the bill.
