And… Action!

Action is a word that is not lost at elements for women corporate offices. Our brand team is a growing collection of talented multi-taskers. The sheer diversity in a "typical" day never ceases to amaze me.. lets take today (Wednesday, July 11) as an example:

If you were to walk into our brand headquarters at 8:00AM, there would have been a meeting of design creatives, discussing new materials and designs to incorporate into the new brand standards book we are creating. Murano glass crystal wallpaper, custom graphics, and oversized plaster molds were all being evaluated to incorporate into the clubs upscale, theatrical look.

By 10:00am, the mood was certainly all business as our team of business and legal advisors was meeting with the executives to discuss several new projects, and finish the growth management plan that was put into action several months ago. elements? has very robust and solid back office systems, which allow us to develop such highly creative front end marketing so effectively.

At noon, the executive team of a major Caribbean based resort chain stopped by for their second visit to our Miami offices. As one of several exciting expansion deals, we are considering franchising the fitness and lifestyle programming at all 10 resorts, to have "elements" branded lifestyle amenities. The implications and trickle down effect for our club owners is huge, as is the publicity around the deal.

By 2:00pm, I was on Nikki Beach (with our camera crew and new magazine personalities). A blazing hot day in Miami, much ice, fruit, and water were needed to keep everyone cool (and smiling). Nikki Beach is the farthest point south in South Beach, and has crystal clear waters and amazing views of  Fisher Island and the cruise ships as they pass to the islands.   Incorporating video into the magazine is one of the strongest features (in my opinion) of the online platform. We are considering developing a regular shoot schedule with our All-Star Fitness and lifestyle experts, as part of the elements living magazine and media channel.  Click here to view a test clip of me (this isnt actually part of the magazine, just a test!) to give us an idea of the scene…  and no, I have never worked for the Weather Channel!
