Roll Camera

Admittedly, being on TV is not my thing. I don’t particularly enjoy the attention, and I have never been able to sit through watching my own performance or interview.  I have always felt more comfortable on the other end of the camera, and luckily so, since we are featuring more and more of our Advisory Board members on their own programs.  Today, I paid a visit to TV-10 to watch a taping of Dr. Fab, our anti-aging expert, as he was doing a segment titled "Youth at Any Age."  I enjoy watching Dr. Fab on camera, as his professional but sometime fumbling presentation style seems to be a hit with the growing audience of the weekly show. I was unable to stay for long however, as I had to get to another studio for the taping of my radio program, which was going to be aired on Fitness Business News later that day. At the urging of my publicist, I have taken a card with me, with the number 750300 written upon it. She has asked me to lay the card in front of me during the show, as an ongoing reminder of the show’s audience size.  (I an only assume she was concerned I would be too casual on air, and this quite a polite way to put it to me).

The 20 minute show segment went well. As expected, they were inquisitive on the history of elements, and also wanted details on our growth, which i was happy to share. To listen to my radio show, visit this link:  http://www.fitnessbusinessradio.com/index.php/111
